Educational Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of work experience with Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3/10+2+4) or 2 Years Master’s Degree from a recognized university in any discipline.

PROF. ADITYA KUMAR SAHU

Dr. Aditya Kumar Sahu is a Faculty Member in the Production & Operations Management area at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur. Prior to his joining, he had served at IIM Rohtak for nearly four years. Dr. Sahu holds a PhD in Operations Management & Decision Sciences from IIM Kashipur and an M. Tech in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad. He is also a graduate in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. Additionally, he is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt from the Indian Statistical Institute, Pune. As a behavioural operations management researcher, Dr Sahu is deeply passionate about exploring human behaviour within operational and supply chain contexts.

His scholarly work has been published in renowned international journals, including Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review (TR-E), Production Planning & Control, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Australasian Marketing Journal. He has also published many case studies in Emerald Emerging Markets Case Studies, Sage Business Cases, and the Case Centre Journal. He has conducted numerous sessions in management development programs, certificate programmes and online workshops for working executives and scholars, focusing on Operations and Supply Chain Management and systematic literature reviews. Additionally, he also serves as a reviewer for various reputed journals.
